I have tried almost all the flavors and they are very good. For me that I weigh 89kg and I do strength training, a single plate is not enough, but with two I am quite satiated.

Excellent value for money
The food is nothing to write home about and in the end most of the options are chicken and rice. However, dishes prepared with natural food and nutritionally adequate for this price you can't ask for anything more.
