Tres cápsulas, como preentreno no me dejan buenas sensaciones, noto pesadez digestiva, tampoco lo veo para tomar de noche, aunque no lleve estimulantes del sistema nervioso, a nivel de congestión muscular bien, sobre todo los primeros días.
