I am unable to drink this stuff with water, I add it to smoothies or similar, the pineapple one has a nice flavor, the pouch format is not practical for me.

Good bcaa
As in the creatine I ordered, the packaging in a bag is uncomfortable because of its closure, but I understand that otherwise it would be more expensive. The lemon flavor I do not like so much, I will try another flavor next time. It dilutes very well.

Easy to take if you choose a flavor, the pineapple was very refreshing, the pity is that it loses purity compared to the neutral flavor and to reach the values of the neutral you need more quantity, but it compensates for the pleasant taste compared to the neutral. Tried the watermelon flavor and will repeat. I use it on the bike along with maltodextrin and electrolytes from HSN and as these others have no flavor, it is the ideal complement on the go.

Very economical unlike other bcaas. They support muscle recovery and are perfect for perientreno. Pleasant pineapple flavor and good dissolution. As for the presentation would be better in a jar, the bag is always more uncomfortable when serving the doses and sometimes the flanges do not close properly.

Apoyan mucho la recuperación muscular y son perfectos para el perientreno.
El sabor a piña agradable y buena disolución.
En cuanto a la presentación sería mejor en bote, la bolsa siempre es más incómoda a la hora de servir las dosis y en algunas ocasiones las bridas no cierran correctamente.

The watermelon flavor is very good, but it is very sweet. my recommendation is to take it with 400ml of water so that it is not too cloying. For training and to replenish energy, very good decision.

I definitely prefer the EAA, I tried these because the previous ones are no longer available, the red fruit flavor is terrible, they are very tiring, I will not repeat.
