Rather useless complement
Bcaa's don't do much good. It's better to turn to eaa's. The apple flavor is too chemical for me.

Now that I'm doing endurance sports, I notice the extra energy they give you (for strength sports or bodybuilding, I prefer the EEAA formula from HSN). They dissolve perfectly, are of vegetable fermentation and are delicious (I am now taking them with lemon intra-workout). HSN quality.
Ahora que estoy con deporte de resistencia, se nota ese plus de energía que te dan (para deportes de fuerza o musculación, prefiero la fórmula de EEAA de HSN).
