Good recovery.
I was somewhat skeptical but after trying it, wham, as I say, it helps to have a better and faster recovery between workouts, if I do not see it I do not believe it, it becomes one of my essentials. The issue of taste, for tastes colors, all are quite artificial, but they are very drinkable not leave lumps.

It was a gift. I had never ordered them before, because I am not too fond of the sweeteners and other additives in these products. However, I must say that it worked well for me. It was orange flavored and, although it was less sweet than I expected and I liked that, I wouldn't order it again because I wasn't convinced by the taste.
Fue un regalo. No los había pedido nunca, porque no me gusta demasiado el tema de los edulcorantes y demás aditivos que llevan estos productos. Sin embargo, debo decir que me fue bien. Era de sabor naranja y, aunque me resulto menos dulce de lo que esperaba y eso me gustó, no lo volvería a pedir porque no me acabó de convencer el sabor.
