I think it works
I've been taking this supplement for about 3 weeks and I think I'm doing well. I feel better in strength training, I resist better and I don't end up so dead afterwards. The lemon flavored one is good. I take it with two fingers of water. I'm a little picky about flavored supplements and the sooner I take it, the better.
Llevo tomando este suplemento como 3 semanas y creo que me va bien. Me noto mejor en los entrenos de fuerza, resisto mejor y no acabo tan muerta después.
El de sabor a limón está bueno. Yo me lo tomo con dos dedos de agua. Soy un poco tiquismiquis con los suplementos de sabores y cuanto antes me lo tome, mejor.
