This BCAA supplement has an excellent presentation, dissolves easily and leaves no lumps. In terms of effectiveness, it fulfills its function of helping muscle recovery. However, its quality-price ratio can be improved. I was disappointed with the watermelon flavor. It is a pity, as the product works well.
