Excellent almond flour at a good price and with the seriousness of hsn which never hurts.
This flour is great for its nutritional qualities (especially low in carbohydrates) and we use it very often to make cakes mixed with defatted peanut flour, add it to pancake batter made with Evocakes 2.0 and also to make cookies. What can we say.....decidedly satisfied. :)
