Las proteinas tienen un sabor magnifico, alto porcentaje proteico, grasas/hidratos/azucares muy bajos, precio cojonudo (mas barato que en Amazon donde tb las compré), servicio soporte excelente, lo de Sequra es una pasada (no me lo creia a priori y es real como la vida misma) Enhorabuena HSN y Jose Andrés Sanchez-Romero

4kg format required

It has a good ratio of fast and slow protein (whey and casein) which makes it suitable for any time of the day. The downside is that 2kg are soon spent, the 4kg format is necessary. Also expand the selection of flavors. The speculoos flavor disappointed me a bit to be honest. Vanilla, coffee with milk and cookie very rich.

Tiene un buen ratio de proteína rápida y lenta (whey y caseína) lo que la hace apropiada para cualquier momento del día. La pega es que 2kg se gastan pronto, es necesario el formato de 4kg. También ampliar la selección de sabores. El sabor speculoos me decepcionó un poco la verdad. Vainilla, café con leche y galleta muy ricos.

Perfect for slow protein assimilation

Good supplement with the best proteins and perfect for a slow assimilation, but be careful when using it with milk because the digestion is very heavy and not very good. Chocolate flavor very correct, great cocoa flavor.

Buen suplemento con las mejores proteínas y perfecto para una asimilación lenta, pero cuidado al usarlo con leche porque la digestión es muy pesada y no muy buena. Sabor de chocolate muy correcto, gran sabor a cacao.

Good proteins

Personally I really like these chocolate flavored proteins, I mix them with skimmed milk and they don't normally make lumps, what I don't like is the closing of the bag since I have to give it several times so that it is well closed.

Personalmente me han gustado mucho estas proteínas sabor a chocolate, las mezclo con leche desnatada normalmente no hacen grumos, lo que no me termina de gustar es el cierre de la bolsa ya que tengo que darle varias veces para que quede bien cerrado.
