Good protein mix

It is a good quality protein blend. I take it right after training to recover and it's working pretty well so far. A good post-workout supplement.

I have taken the cookie flavor. Of all the versions I have tried, it seems to be the best diluted and the best digested of all.

Good price and recommendable product.

Vanilla flavor. Not the best I've tried but it's pretty good. It digests very well and mixes very well with other products.

I like the texture it has and it doesn't weigh me down as much as other shakes of the brand. The vanilla flavor is very good!
