I have been taking it for a short time, 1 caps at lunch and 1 caps at dinner, so far what I noticed is that I have less appetite, I eat normally without going overboard and I have a little less abdominal swelling. For me the size of the pill is not annoying to swallow and the smell does not seem to me something relevant either.
Llevo poco tiempo tomando, 1 caps en la comida y 1 caps en la cena, de momento lo que noté que tengo menos apetito, como normalmente sin pasarme en excesos y que tengo un poquito menos de hinchazón abdominal.
