I use it when I do large carbohydrate loads.
I heard that inulin is a great supplement to reduce the glycemic load and slow down its absorption, that way you will have less risk of getting diabetes, and getting more tonelete as it happens to me in volume. You can also use pears, but since they have fructose you have to control yourself by eating them. PS: in presentation I give it a 4 because I like the jars better, I know it would be more expensive, but I like it better.
Escuche que la inulina es un gran suplemento para reducir la carga glucémica y ralentizar su absorción de esa forma tendrás menos riesgos de tener diabetes , y de ponerte mas tonelete como me pasa a mi en volumen. También se puede usar peras , pero al tener fructosa tienes que controlarte comiéndolas .
PD: en presentación le doy un 4 porque me gustan mas los botes , se que seria mas caro , pero me gusta mas
