Pain under control
In times of more pain, I avoid taking medication for pain and take Boswellia to control it, it is wonderful but of course, it is not immediate as with medication, you have to have a little patience and in a week you notice how the intensity of the pain goes down. I am an athlete and suffer from joint pain. I would love it if the format was in powder form.

Since I have been using it with MSM I have noticed less joint pain and more flexibility. It works very well for me as I do a lot of sports and I'm getting older.
