Strong dosage used in case of infection (e.g. COVID). I always keep it in reserve. On the other hand, perhaps too high a dose for long-term daily use.

I bought it to take along with Biotin for very brittle nails and slight hair loss due to seasonal changes, but shortly after starting to take it, I have noticed much improvement in my nails and less hair loss just by brushing my hair and I am delighted.
