I bought 3 kilos of neutral flavor. The idea was to use this type of carbohydrate 30-60 minutes before training. The digestion is true that it is light if you mix it with water. The main problem is solubility. With water it seems to me that there is less of a problem but with milk it remains lumpy despite stirring it well for a while, in the end you lose a lot of product down the drain.
Compré 3 kilos de sabor neutro. La idea era utilizar este tipo de hidratos 30-60 minutos antes del entrenamiento. La digestión es verdad que es ligera si la mezclas con agua.
El problema principal es la solubilidad. Con agua me parece que hay menos problema pero con leche se queda grumoso a pesar de agitarlo bien durante un rato, al final se pierde bastante producto por el desagüe.
