I can't get it to dilute effectively, without lumps, either by putting it before or after the liquid, and I can't get it to take consistency when I cook it, energetically well but without too much difference to other pure carbs.

Hi Fer, We recommend using a shaker for mixing or adding the powder little by little to the water in a bowl, preferably using a whisk to reduce the appearance of lumps. It is possible that even so, when talking about a flour, small clots of the powder may appear almost imperceptible. If you are making porridge, we recommend using our specific product: Rice cream. Recomendamos emplear un shaker para la mezcla o añadir el polvo poco a poco al agua en un bol, preferiblemente empleando unas varillas para reducir la aparición de grumos. Es posible que aún así, al hablar de una harina, aparezcan pequeños coágulos del polvo casi imperceptibles.
Si estás elaborando papilla te recomendamos emplear nuestro producto específico: Crema de arroz.

Without further ado, not highly recommended
I bought the unflavored one to combine with the protein. I used to buy the regular one but this one is supposed to dissolve better in water which is how I drink my shake. It is true that it dissolves better and the result is quite liquid. However, it is too sweet and it is hard to finish it. I bought the 3 kilos thinking that it would be better but it is not. I recommend that you buy the normal one if you use it for smoothies. It is true that it will be a little thicker, but add a little more water. It is much more worth the normal one. Best regards
He comprado la de sin sabor para combinarla con la proteína. Solía comprar la normal pero esta se supone que se disuelve mejor en el agua que es como tomo mi batido. Es verdad que se disuelve mejor y el resultado es bastante líquido. Sin embargo, es demasiado dulce y cuesta terminárselo. He comprado los 3 kilos pensando que iba a estar más buena pero no es así. Recomiendo que compréis la normal si la usáis para batido. Es verdad que estará un poco más espeso, pero echadle un poco más de agua. Merece mucho más la pena la normal.
