Este producto es demasiado bueno!! A mi me hace demasiado efecto. Así que os oriento un poco. Yo soy mujer de 50 kilos y 48 años. Y con 1 sola capsula me da diarrea. Lo comento porque en mi caso la próxima vez comprare el de 25U. Pero es un producto excelente porque no me había pasado nunca con ningún probiótico. Así que para alguien que haya pasado por una quimio o para alguien de mas peso y complexión, o para hombres o para alguien para estreñimiento crónico100% recomendado. Estos probióticos si que están vivos!! Enhorabuena para HSN!!
