Relief of discomfort
Bought to try it out, and I've noticed less discomfort since I've been using it. Obviously, if you overdo your training, it doesn't work miracles, but for normal training, it has improved my discomfort. Orange flavor, a little strange at first, but you get used to it right away. Easy to dilute.

Quite effective
It seems quite effective from the first dose, which is a positive point. As for the taste, the cherry one is very sweet and can be cloying, while the orange one is more pleasant and easy to take.
