I have tried three HSN collagens, and this one is the worst by far for me, the other two totally removed my joint pains in shoulders, wrists and knees... the best one is the collagen with magnesium, rich, easy to dissolve and very effective. I don't even like the taste of this one, a very bad dissolution and it doesn't have the same effect as the other two.

Efficient but expensive
I also take another collagen, UC-II, which is even more expensive, but it has almost no effect over 2 or 3 months. The pain in my hip joints and between my pelvis and spine hasn't visibly improved. This powder seems to be producing some faster recovery effects. The daily dose is too much to dissolve. I had the idea of dividing it into two doses. Each dose is taken with 200ml of water.
Eu tb tomo outro colágeno, o UC-II, ainda mais caro, mas não tem quase efeito ao longo de 2 ou 3 meses. As dores nas articulações da anca e entre a bacia e a coluna não melhoraram visivelmente. Este pó, parece estar a produzir alguns efeitos de recuperação mais rápida. A quantidade da toma diária é muita, p dissolver. Tive a ideia de dividir em duas tomas. Cada toma é num como com 200ml de água.
