I have not had any skin reactions (acne sometimes associated with b12 supplementation when too high) even taking 1 a day. Price - amazing quality, especially when providing supplementation for a full year! Highly recommend!

I liked the amount of b12 in each tablet and the fact that the b12 is in the form of methylcobalamin.
