I am not allergic to lactose but I had problems in my neck and left upper trapezius and an osteopath found out through a hand test that my stomach was inflamed by lactose, it is not an allergy that makes you sick, but it is a sensitivity. The inflammation of the stomach gave me pains and I also digest better, I eat 2 natural Greek yogurts a day, milk and cheese.
