It serves me well and is an essential for me
I am not allergic to lactose but I had problems in my neck and left upper trapezius and an osteopath found out through a hand test that my stomach was inflamed by lactose, it is not an allergy that makes you sick, but it is a sensitivity. The inflammation of the stomach gave me pains and I also digest better, I eat 2 natural Greek yogurts a day, milk and cheese.
No soy alérgico a la lactosa pero tenia problemas en el cuello y trapecio superior izquierdo que un osteópata mediante testeo de manos me averiguó que mi estómago estaba inflamado por la lactosa, no es una alergia de ponerte malísimo, pero sí una sensibilidad. La inflamación del estómago me daba dolores y además hago la digestión mejor, como 2 yogures griegos naturales al día, leche y queso.

I love the product
It is a highly recommended product that fulfills its function 100%, in my case the only thing I would suggest is that due to my strong intolerance I have to take several pills when I consume any food with dairy, so I would like to buy a product with a higher concentration of lactase.

The price is reasonable compared to other brands. To make sure I don't feel sick if I'm going to take dairy products, I take 3 tablets half an hour before taking them. If I take less or take it at the same time as food, I do not get the same effects.
El precio es razonable respecto a otras marcas.
Para estar seguro de no tener malestar si voy a tomar lácteos, tomo 3 pastillas media hora antes de tomarlos.

Life saving!
Since I found this option, I've never used another. I have to adjust the number of tablets to the type of meal (when it contains or can contain lactose), but it's a matter of practice. I've divided a few pills into a smaller container and always carry them in my handbag.
Desde que encontrei esta opção nunca mais recorri a outra. Tenho de ajustar a quantidade de comprimidos ao tipo de refeição (quando contém ou pode conter lactose), mas é uma questão de prática. Dividi alguns comprimidos para um recipiente mais pequeno e levo sempre na bolsa.

Reasonable effect
It had a reasonable effect on me. I noticed some improvement, but it wasn't as effective as I'd hoped. I still felt some discomfort depending on the amount of lactose consumed. It may be an option for those with mild sensitivities, but for more intense cases, it may not be enough.
Comigo teve um efeito razoável. Notei alguma melhora, mas não foi tão eficiente quanto eu esperava. Ainda senti um certo desconforto dependendo da quantidade de lactose consumida. Pode ser uma opção para quem tem sensibilidade leve, mas para casos mais intensos, talvez não seja suficiente.

The digestion of dairy products for a lactose intolerant like me is perfect. It doesn't have much FCC so for products with a lot of lactose I take two. The price is fabulous compared to a pharmacy. It doesn't taste like anything since they are pills.
