Good lactase
This 5000 IUI Lactase is a good option for those of us who have a certain degree of Lactose intolerance. Normally one tablet is enough for me, for example for a dessert or small meal that may contain Lactose. If I eat out occasionally, I always take two to cover the dosage. Very good product. I have been taking it for years.
