I mix it in a glass with orange juice every morning at breakfast and it dilutes the texture of the powder quite a lot, which if you are not used to it can be unpleasant in the first shots. The direct effect as in many of the supplements you can not notice and goes according to the sensations, however I consider it a very good supplement and it is of great importance to me because in my diet I do not usually take many foods containing magnesium. Personally I have noticed a better recovery between sessions since I take it, as well as less fatigue when doing high volume training sessions. For the price and what it provides, I consider it a 10 out of 10.
Lo mezclo en un vaso con zumo de naranja todas las mañanas al desayunar y diluye bastante la textura del polvo que si no estás acostumbrado puede resultar desagradable en las primeras tomas.
El efecto directo como en muchos de los suplementos no lo puedes notar y va en función de las sensaciones, no obstante lo considero un muy buen suplemento y me es de gran importancia ya que en mi dieta no suelo tomar muchos alimentos que contengan magnesio. En lo personal he notado una mejor recuperación entre sesiones desde que lo tomo, así como menos fatiga al realizar sesiones de un alto volumen de entrenamiento.
Por el precio que tiene y lo que aporta considero que es un 10 de 10.

I take it half an hour before going to sleep, half a scoop and a few minutes later I start to notice the heaviness and tiredness. I haven't been taking it for long but it's definitely a 10. The only downside is the dissolution.
