It is a very easy to spread cream, sweet but not cloying and satiating with a small amount. The flavor is very good although the hazelnut flavor is not very noticeable. It would be a great food if the oil were high oleic or from the hazelnut itself.
Es una crema muy fácil de untar, dulce pero no empalaga y saciante con poca cantidad. El sabor es muy bueno aunque no llega a percibirse mucho el sabor a avellana. Sería un gran alimento si el aceite fuera alto oleico o de la propia avellana.
