It is a very good product and I can say from my own experience that it works because I overdose it by imprudence and I can tell you that it is really absorbed by the body and has an effect. I recommend taking it with lemon because it tastes bad with water but with lemon or another acid it is corrected. The only flaw it has, although I still buy it anyway, is that the bag is very large in relation to the amount it takes and as the opening is small it is a little difficult to take the spoonful.
Es muy buen producto y puedo decir por experiencia propia que funciona pues me pase con la dosis por imprudencia y les puedo decir que realmente si lo absorbe el cuerpo y hace efecto. Recomiendo tomarla con limón pues su sabor con agua se me hace malo pero con limón u otro acido se corrige. El único defecto que tiene aunque aun así yo lo compro igual es que la bolsa es muy grande respecto a la cantidad que lleva y como la apertura es pequeña cuesta un poco de coger la cucharada
