Personally I would not recommend associating metal ions in the form of inorganic salt with anything, I would take them alone and on an empty stomach, away from meals, between them. Interferences with other metals and of course with other foods in the absorption will exist, so better alone. But well, everyone will know. I ask a brand for seriousness in composition and I hope HSN has it, I am not going to analyze everything, we will trust blindly ;)
El sabor es un poco salino y no muy fuerte, tolerable. Lo que de sabe bien? en fin...La gente se pasa poniendo comentarios genéricos, no les deis el descuento que es vergonzoso!
Personalmente no recomendaría asociar iones metálicos en forma de sal inorgánica con nada, los tomaría solos y en ayunas, lejos de las comidas, entre ellas.
Las interferencias con otros metales y por supuesto con resto de alimentos en la absorción van a existir, así que mejor solo.
Pero bueno, cada cual sabrá.
Yo a una marca le pido seriedad en composición y espero que HSN la tenga, no voy a analizar todo, depositaremos la confianza ciegamente ;)
