Ideal for cold sores
I use it to control cold sores. If you take it as soon as you notice the first symptoms (in higher doses than normally recommended, I take 3 grams a day in three doses), it controls the issue, in some cases completely. The worst thing is the format (the typical large sachet), I would prefer it in a bottle.

Si la tomas en cuanto notas los primeros síntomas (en dosis más elevadas de lo que se recomienda normalmente, yo llego a tomar 3 gr al día en tres tomas), se controla el asunto, en algunos casos totalmente. Lo peor es el formato (el típico sobre grande), yo lo preferiría en un bote.
