It's amazing how much viscosity a little bit of product produces in the water. I take it as if it were gelatin and then drink a couple more glasses of water. For me personally it does not work very well, but because I may have a bigger stomach and I would have to take more doses, but I do feel fuller. It has a neutral taste, and caution should be taken for people who have narrow passages. If you want to invent and get bored with the taste, you can make a combination of jelly type juice or oat or almond milk and so the taste is different. Recommended for those who feel hungry from their stomach and not like me that gives me more appetite (anxiety).
Es sorprendente la viscosidad que produce en el agua un poco de producto. Me lo tomo como si fuese gelatina y luego bebo un par de vasos de agua más. Para mí personalmente no es que me funcione mucho, pero porque quizás tenga el estómago más grande y tendría que tomar más dosis, pero si que noto más lleno. De sabor neutro hay que tener precaución para las personas que tengan las vías estrechas. El que quiera inventar y se aburra del sabor, puede hacer una combinación de zumo tipo gelatina o con leche de avena o almendras y así el sabor es diferente. Recomendable para los que sientan hambre desde su estómago y no como a mí que me da más el apetito (ansiedad).

La dosis recomendada diaria no se debe sobrepasar. Es una fibra extremadamente expansiva que suele absorber agua en grandes cantidades y si se consume mucho hay que tomar mucho líquido. I was expecting more effect but it's fine
I did not buy this product to lose weight, nor to satiate myself, but because of a transit problem I have, and for that the effectiveness has been less than I expected. I have taken better products for that, but well, this one works and has the advantage of being easier to dissolve and more pleasant to take. I find it a bit expensive but compared to other brands the HSN one is downright cheap. It could also dissolve better but I'm not complaining, the truth is that it dissolves better than I expected. I don't think I will repeat but it is not a bad product at all.
No compré este producto para perder peso, ni saciarme, sino por un problema de tránsito que tengo, y para eso la efectividad ha sido menor a la que esperaba. He tomado productos mejores para eso, pero bueno, este funciona y tiene la ventaja de que es más sencillo de disolver y más agradable de tomar.
Me parece algo caro pero comparado con otras marcas el de HSN es francamente barato.
También podría disolverse mejor pero no me quejo, la verdad es que se disuelve mejor de lo que esperaba.
No creo que repita pero no es un mal producto en absoluto.
