Very gelatinous

It is the first time I try it and I still do not see effectiveness, when you pour it in the liquid you have to take it light because it gets super thick, if you take it with water, I do not like the taste, with juice if it is okay, I hope it works for me.

Es la primera vez que lo pruebo y aún no veo efectividad, cuando lo echas en el líquido lo tienes que tomar ligero porque se pone súper espeso, si lo tomas con agua, no me gusta el sabor, con zumo si está bien, espero me funcione.

Totalmente recomendable, es efectivo desde la primera toma, voy al baño mucho mejor. Se disuelve bien, pero hay que tener en cuenta que absorbe bastante el líquido que eches, pero repetiré. Lo combino con el psyllium.

I repeat because I loved it

This is the second time I have bought it. The first time I wasn't sure I liked the powder format (I had always taken capsules) but, after discovering how to undo it correctly (hit the measuring cup against the rim of the glass so that it falls little by little while you beat with a fork in that area) I found it great. You see how fattening it is in seconds, and you have to drink it fast, but it works.

Es la segunda vez que lo compro. La primera no tenía muy claro que el formato polvo me gusta a gustar (siempre había tomado cápsulas) pero, después de descubrir como deshacerlo correctamente (golpear el medidor contra el borde del vaso para que caiga poco a poco mientras bates con un tenedor en esa zona) me ha parecido genial. Lo ves como engorda en segundos, y has de beberlo rápido, pero funciona.

It is best to take it with two glasses of water, one to dilute it and the other one to lower it well. Sometimes it can satiate so much that it is difficult to finish the meal, so I think you have to be careful.

Es un producto buenísimo para el control del apetito y muy saciante, hay que usarlo con conocimiento. Solo con echar 1g en un vaso de agua se puede ver como se hincha. Lo suyo es tomarlo con dos vasos de agua, uno para diluirlo y otro para bajarlo bien. A veces puede saciar tanto que cuesta terminarse la comida, por eso creo que hay que tener ojo.

It suits me

I liked it. If you use a good mixer there is no problem to dilute. Neutral flavor, it is perfect. I use it with things I like and it doesn't change the taste. It satiated me. I wasn't hungry. And I'm hard to please myself. So I highly recommend it.

Me ha gustado. Si utilizas mezclador bueno no hay problema para diluir. Sabor neutro ,es perfecto. Lo utilizo junto con cosas que me gustan y no cambia sabor. A mi me sació. No tenía hambre. Y soy difícil de complacerme. Así que lo recomiendo muchísimo.
