High quality multivitamin!
I already take the women's version. I ordered this for my son, who was low on energy. In 3 weeks he felt a big difference, so much so that I've bought it again. The active forms of the vitamins and minerals in this supplement are well absorbed, unlike many on the market. I recommend it!

I hope it goes, difficult to assess as I don't have any daily sensation. I think the tablets are a bit large. it would be preferable to have half the size and double the dosage or make them more concentrated.
