Complete supplement
I usually use this supplement in spring and autumn, when I am more "down". It is very complete and contains everything you need in a single daily intake. The only downside I see is that the tablet is a little big, sometimes it is a little hard to swallow. For the rest, I highly recommend it.
Suelo usar este suplemento en primavera y en otoño, cuando me encuentro más "de bajón". Es muy completo y contiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en una sola toma diaria. La única pega que le veo es que la tableta es un poco grande, a veces cuesta un poco tragarla. Por todo lo demás, muy recomendable.

Very complete and at a good price.
One of the most complete at a good price. What made me decide to take it, apart from the composition, is because it is only necessary to take one tablet a day and not two as in other formats. The tablet is large but neither me nor my partner, in the female version tablets, have any problem taking it. It does not leave an aftertaste as it has happened to me with some other brands. I recommend it 100%.

Lo que me hizo decantarme aparte de la composición, es porque solo es necesario tomar un comprimido al día y no dos como en otros formatos. La pastilla es grande aunque ni yo ni mi pareja, en los comprimidos versión femenina, tenemos ningún problema en tomarlo. No deja regusto en busca como me ha pasado con alguna otra marca. Lo recomiendo 100%
