Good composition, but prefer as a capsule
They would be better off in a closed capsule. The tablets have a really disgusting smell. Nevertheless, are effective and are very cheap.
In einer geschlossenen Kapsel wären die besser aufgehoben. Die Tabletten haben einen echt ekelhaften Geruch.
Trotzdem wirken sind und sind sehr günstig.

I usually take my vitamins 1 by 1 but when I travel this complex is rather well dosed and with good form, effective to bring a single pot of vitamin.
