Basic at a good price

It works for me like other similar glutamines but branded and much more expensive. I do not have much more to say because the flavor is completely neutral and mixes easily in any liquid. Highly recommended for value for money in the promotions that are usually available.

Me funciona como otras glutaminas similares pero de marca y mucho más caras. Tampoco tengo mucho más que decir ya que el sabor es totalmente neutro y se mezcla fácilmente en cualquier líquido. Muy recomendable por relación calidad-precio en las promociones que suele haber.

A great value for money glutamine I always take it on an empty stomach and post workout and what I do notice is that when I take it for a while I feel better in my stomach.
