I take it after workouts and before bedtime. I think it helps my muscle recovery and a better night's rest.

I used to take it in pills, but it is much better value for money in powder form, even though it is more cumbersome to use. Very good value for money.

Antes tomaba en pastillas, pero sale mucho mejor de precio en polvo, aunque sea más engorroso de usar. Muy buena relación calidad precio.
