Great for cooking

Cinnamon is used in recipes. It has a particular and rich flavor. It's not something I used a lot but it ended up disappearing from the pantry. In the end I used to take it with yogurt and it was addictive.

Low glycemic index.

To sweeten being low glycemic index. It is not suitable for keto, but to use a little for coffee, infusion or cocoa, better this than any other type of sugar. Much healthier and tastes great.

Para endulzar siendo de bajo índice glucémico. No es apto para keto, pero para usar un poco para el café, infusión o cacao, mejor esto que cualquier otro tipo de azúcar. Mucho más sano y tiene un sabor buenísimo.

Negative, caramel flavor rather than coconut, I alternate it with xylitol which is my favorite sweetener, but this coconut sugar is the bomb.
