As they are in capsules I always carry them in my backpack and when I drink my shake I swallow a couple of them. They are a little big and hard to swallow. It is a basic in your workouts.

I haven't noticed anything, to be honest, I used it to train on an empty stomach to prevent catabolism, I used the bag but I don't know if anything different really happened than not taking anything.
