Improves fatigue

The only bcaa I buy

Good results, besides including vitamins. 3 capsules a day, so the bottle lasts a long time. Excellent quality/price.

Very useful on an empty stomach

I use it mainly to add some leucine to my fasted workouts. It's great for me because a pill or two doesn't break the fast!

I would recommend its purchase

I use them for very long runs. I think their effect is noticeable, and you don't feel so much muscle fatigue as the hours go by.

It is very good to use to hydrate during training, the only thing in my opinion is that it is very sweet. I solve it by adding twice the recommended amount of water.
