I have not had enough time to notice results, although perhaps I can notice an increase in energy by consuming the 6 capsules a day. The only drawback is the size of the capsules, because although they can be swallowed, the fact of having to consume 3 capsules in a row generates a somewhat unpleasant experience.

Reasonable B6 and B12 ratios at an affordable price. The tablets are very large, like those of Paracetamol of 1 g, or more. The tablet format can be improved.
