Good taste, easy to transport and easy to digest
I have used them for bike rides as a substitute for gels that are very cloying. The taste is very good and to the touch it is like a gummy which I love because I like to taste it a little in my mouth before swallowing it for a faster assimilation by the taste buds. I imagine that in running it will be just as effective since they are easy to digest.
Las he utilizado para la salidas de bici en sustitución de geles que empalagan mucho. El sabor es muy bueno y al tacto es como una gominola lo cual me encanta ya que me gusta saborearlo un poco en la boca antes de tragarlo para una asimilación más rápida mediante las papilas gustativas.
Me imagino que en la carrera a pie será igual de efectiva ya que son de fácil digestión.

I liked it for its flavor and fast absorption.
It was the first time I took it and I don't know if it was a coincidence but it had a quick effect and I noticed that, at least for me, it did so, maybe it was a coincidence, but I will keep trying to see if it is true. It can be taken quickly with a little water like the others and the taste is very pleasant.
Fue la primera vez que la tomé y no se si fue casualidad pero me hizo un rápido efecto y note que, por lo menos a mi, me lo hizo así, quizás fue casualidad. pero seguiré probando a ver si es verdad. Se puede tomar rápido acompañada de un poco de agua como las demás y el sabor es muy agradable.
