Perfect for recovery and during exercise
Instead of drinking it to recover, I usually drink it during the physical activity or just before starting it if it is going to be very long and demanding. I take a bottle with me and take sips throughout the day, it's great!!! It doesn't give you a rush (and you don't need it), but you feel that you don't lack energy. And it doesn't make you feel low.
En vez de tomarlo para recuperar, suelo tomarlo durante la actividad física o justa antes de comenzarla si va a ser muy larga y exigente. Me llevo un botellín preparado y voy tomando tragos a lo largo de la jornada. ¡¡Va genial!! No te da subidón (ni falta que hace), pero notas que no te falta la energía. Además no te da bajón.
