Optimal recovery
After an intense boxing session. After 15 minutes, with a feeling of exhaustion, I took a scoop (25g, I think, orange flavored) and after the shower I had a feeling of total recovery. Lots of vigor and strength, very good feeling. It works well. Easily assimilated and tastes good. No stomach heaviness.

I bought single doses of lemon flavor. Very tasty, it tastes like lemonade or lemon slush if you take it fresh. To tell the truth, I noticed its effects right after taking it and especially the next day I did not have that muscle fatigue that you usually have if you are more than 3 hours at full throttle.
