Good essential amino acids

I bought them because I do not eat much meat, these amino acids are as the name says, essential, the only thing, the taste, somewhat excessive for my taste to sweetener.

Great supplement to add with your pre-workout or intra-workout. Helps delay fatigue and improve muscle recovery. I have tried several of the flavors and so far my favorites are lemon and apple, but it all depends on what you mix it with. Now I have chosen mango flavor to see how it goes.

Apple flavor

It mixes great, no lumps although it creates foam. It is a flavor reminiscent of antibiotic, but a little sweet. It is passable, it can be taken even if it does not taste particularly good. Even so, it fulfills its functions.
