Easy to consume
I have tried the isolated protein and the hydrolyzed one, and the latter is the best to take. Taking into account that both are RAW, this one has hardly any taste, it can be consumed with water perfectly well and dissolves quite well (the isolated one has a characteristic taste and with water it does not taste good, you have to mix it with something that disguises it).
He probado la proteína aislada y la hidrolizada, y ésta última es la que mejor se toma. Teniendo en cuenta que ambas son RAW, esta no tiene apenas nada de sabor, se puede consumir con agua perfectamente y se disuelve bastante bien (la aislada, tiene un sabor característico y con agua no tiene buen sabor, hay que mezclarla con algo que lo disimule).
