I discovered that hsn was Andalusian, I did not hesitate, and I saw that the great power explosive was behind it, and if you compare the nutritional table of their proteins with those of my protein, these are of much higher quality. The hydrolyzed whey protein they sell us is a protein of high biological value, and of very good quality, in fact, I think it is the best protein I've tried on the market. It dilutes well in water and milk, leaves no lumps, and its flavor when combined with 100% fat-free cocoa is not perceived. It does not generate discomfort, if I notice that it satiates me less than other proteins that I have taken slow absorption, so this would be ideal to take just after training mainly. Good quality price and good product, the only thing that fails is the packaging. The bag is hard and quality, but a canister is always appreciated more, then the dispenser came lost by the protein, and you have to look for it among so much dust, it would be appreciated if it came sealed to the bag. Highly recommended.
Descubrí que hsn era andaluza, no lo dude, a parte vi que estaba el gran power explosive detrás, y que si comparas la tabla nutricional de sus proteínas con las de my protein, estas son de mucha más calidad. La proteina de suero hidrolizada que nos venden es una proteina de alto valor biológico, y de muy buena calidad, de hecho, creo que es la mejor proteína que he probado del mercado. Se diluye bien en el agua y la leche, no deja grumos, y su sabor al combinarlo con cacao desgrasado 100% no se percibe. No me genera malestar, si que noto que me sacia menos respecto otras proteínas que he tomado de absorción lenta, por lo que esta sería ideal para tomar justo después de entrenar principalmente. Buena calidad precio y buen producto, lo único que le falla es el empaquetado. La bolsa es dura y de calidad, pero un bote siempre se agradece más, luego el dosificador venía perdido por la proteina, y tienes que buscarlo entre tanto polvo, se agradecería que viniese sellado a la bolsa. Muy recomendable.

Very good
The hydrolyzate is better than the isolate in terms of digestibility (I recommend it for lactose intolerant people). A little (you will hardly notice it) more bitter and it costs a little more to dissolve. I recommend using a blender to make smoothies (if you make it at home), plus you can add other ingredients to add flavor or increase calories if you need to. I switched from isolate to hydrolyzate even though it's a little more expensive, it was worth it to me.
El hidrolizado es mejor que el aislado en cuanto a la digestibilidad (lo recomiendo para intolerantes a la lactosa). Un poco (apenas lo notarás) más amargo y cuesta un poco más disolverlo. Recomiendo usar batidora para hacer batidos (si lo haces en casa), además puedes añadir otro ingredientes para dar sabor o aumentar las calorías si lo necesitas. Pasé de tomar aislado a hidrolizado aunque sea un poco más caro, a mi me mereció la pena.
