I only buy this protein and well if it is true that if you are lactose intolerant you notice it but otherwise perfect. Very good solubility without lumps.
Ya solo compro esta proteína y bien si que es verdad que si eres intolerante a la lactosa lo notas pero por lo demás perfecto. Solubilidad muy buena sin grumos.

The taste is quite neutral, slightly milky, and, as I use it shaken with water at breakfast, with some soluble coffee or cocoa it is pleasant to drink. Good quality/price ratio. It feels good, but I can't evaluate its effectiveness at the moment, as I have been taking it for a short time. The presentation is good, although it would be better in a jar.
El sabor es bastante neutro, ligeramente lácteo, y, como lo uso batido con agua en el desayuno, con un poco de café o cacao solubles resulta agradable de tomar. Buena relación calidad/ precio. Me sienta bien, pero la efectividad no la puedo valorar por el momento, ya que lo vengo tomando poco tiempo. La presentación es buena, aunque mejoraría en bote.
