Good product

Difficult to know its effectiveness, but it feels good and in the analysis the levels of B12 and B9 have gone up. I recommend it and will buy it again.

Good price

I alternate them during the week with the multivitamin ADAM and they work very well for me, lots of energy for the day to day and it covers the whole spectrum of the B complex.

Enchanted

I bought them for a family member who was looking for a vitamin B complex and didn't know what to choose. He is delighted with the results and the amount it brings for a good price. The only downside is that the pills are quite large but it's not a big problem.

Useful in stressful conditions

One tablet a day for a couple of months then a month of general multivitamin and then I tend to take it again because it helps me through periods of stress. High-dose b-complex has this feature along with many others because these are very complex vitamins that also have very complex metabolic actions but in summary it helps very well, alone or in combination with other supplements, to cope with stressful situations.

Una compressa al giorno per un paio di mesi poi un mese di multivitaminico generale e quindi tendo a riprenderlo perché mi aiuta a superare i periodi di stress. Il complesso b ad alto dosaggio ha questa caratteristica insieme a molte altre perché si tratta di vitamine di grandissima complessità che hanno azioni metaboliche anche molto complesse ma in sintesi aiuta egregiamente, da solo o in abbinamento con altri integratori, ad affrontare le situazioni stressogene.
