Very good value for money. I take it on an empty stomach every day now in winter. I take it with vitamin C to enhance the effects synergistically. I also take vitamin D with breakfast, I mention this because it also helps natural immunity. So far this is the best winter I have had in years as far as colds and infections are concerned.
