It is encapsulated so its flavor is not very noticeable, then good taste and easy to take. I liked it a lot! When accompanied by vitamin C it greatly improves its absorption. It is one of the best products I found in the market.

I started taking Reishi capsules in hopes to see noticeable improvements in my immune system and inflammation levels - but, unfortunately, I havent experienced the effects I was expecting in those areas.
