They have been a real discovery. I had heavy digestions with abdominal distension and allergic reactions to dairy products and since taking them I feel much better, I can even eat cheese (goat or sheep) without any intestinal or skin problems. The tablets are a bit big but they can be easily broken in half for better swallowing. I always repeat.
