Good.

I have a slightly protruding belly due to my constitution. This will not make it go away, I tell you from experience. What it does do is that you can go to the bathroom better, digest food better and have fewer stomach problems.

Soy de barriga un poco salida por constitución. Esto no hará que desaparezca, os lo digo por experiencia. Lo que sí hace es que puedas ir mejor al baño, se digiera mejor la comida y tengas menos problemas estomacales.

I love it

When I have a heavy digestion or I want to put meals together it is a marvel to calm the stomach and to be able to eat with good sensations. If you are in volume always keep it close by.
